Do I have to pay any fees or security deposit to apply? +

No. Urmila Home Care maintains a strict zero-fee policy for job applicants. We never charge any registration fees, interview charges, or security deposits at any stage of our recruitment process. If anyone asks for money on our behalf, please report it to us immediately.

What is your hiring process? +

Once you submit your application through our portal, our recruitment team reviews your credentials. If matched, we will contact you for a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview and a background verification check.

Do I need to submit a physical resume? +

No, we process all applications digitally. Please provide a link to your resume stored on Google Drive or your LinkedIn profile when applying.

Will Urmila Home Care handle my police verification? +

Yes, for the safety of our clients, all our employees undergo a strict background check. We will assist and coordinate with you to complete your police verification before deployment.

How do shift timings work? +

Shift timings vary depending on the job type. We offer Day Shifts, Night Shifts, and 24/7 live-in options. Your preferred availability will be discussed during the interview.
