The Process of Taking Our Services

1. Registration & Membership

To start availing of our services, a Registration Fee starting from ₹2,000 to ₹4,000 is required. This fee varies depending on the specific job role and the customer's requirements.

  • Non-Refundable: Please note that this registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
  • Membership Validity: The fee is used to register your membership for a period of 6 or 12 months.
  • Replacement Support: During your active membership period, you can request replacements for the specific job role without paying the registration fee again for the same position.

2. Advance Salary Payment

Before the service contract begins, the client must pay an Advance Salary of One or Two Months, depending on the conditions fulfilled by the authority.

  • Refundable Deposit: The advance salary acts as a deposit and is refundable in case of disengagement of services, subject to company policies.
  • Refund Process: If you wish to terminate the service, you can raise a request for a refund of the deposit. A settlement amount, calculated after all applicable deductions, will be refunded to the client.

3. Service Delivery & Guarantees

We will initiate the deployment of the requested service personnel only after the successful payment of both the Registration Fee and the Advance Salary.

  • If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the promised services, the client is entitled to request a refund.
  • The refund of the advance salary is processed promptly, provided an advance salary was given.
