3. User Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide an ethical, safe, and respectful working environment for all deployed professionals. Any direct negotiation or independent hiring of the provided staff bypassing the agency during the active contract period is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we conduct thorough identity, police, and background verifications on all staff, Urmila Home Care is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the actions, behavior, or performance of the professionals once placed in your premises.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
